Housing and Development Board of Singapore (HDB) will launched it’s next Sales of HDB Flats in May 2012 consisting flats Choa Chu Kang, Kallang / Whampoa, Punggol and Sengkang .
HDB Flats Build-To-Order (BTO) May 2012
HDB will offer a total of 4,640 new flats in this upcoming BTO exercise in May 2012.
These are Studio Apartments, 3-room flats, 4-room flats and 5-room flats located at :
Choa Chu Kang – 1,200 units of 3 room, 4 room and 5 room
Kallang / Whampoa – $1,480 units Studio Apartment, 3 room, 4 room
Punggol – 1,490 units of 3 room, 4 room and 5 room
Sengkang – 470 units of 4 room and 5 room
